Form..?

How do you guys check your form? Do you have a partner? Mirrors? Sometimes I'm not even sure which muscles should be working in certain exercises and I get nervous that I'm going to hurt myself. I try to engage the muscles as they instruct but maybe I'm just weak in certain areas, sometimes I can't even feel those muscles working.

Also (side question!) how do you handle form when your legs feel like giving out? Sometimes with these HIIT workouts Kelli will start doing squats or lunges and I can barely get a couple done with good form!! I'm also not very graceful, maybe that's my issue!

Any thoughts? Suggestions?
