Sweat is delightful!

Just throwing this out there for anybody on the fence about investing in the paid programs... I have used Fitness Blender’s free challenges multiple times, used them to design my own weeks, and gotten pretty fit. But I’ve also done Abs Round 2, Booty 2, Flex and now I’m doing Sweat and every single one of them has pushed me in ways I’m not ballsy enough to do on my own. I would never increase the challenge the way Kelli and Daniel do. Every day I look at the calendar and think noooooo way... then I do the workout and I am so proud of what my body can do. The paid programs are so well-crafted. Jump in! Just my two cents!
