Looking for advice

I am looking at purchasing a program. My goals are to lose weight and gain muscle. I only have a few dumbbells at home to use (5, 8, 10, 12, and 25 pounds). I want to also get a set of 15, 20, and 30 pounds as well. I am overweight, but I am fairly fit. I can lift pretty heavy and can keep up with an intense HIIT workout. What program would be best to meet my goals? I was looking at FB 30 (time can be an issue), FB Strong, FB Fit, and FB Burn. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
