FB free 5 day Strong and Lean vs. paid FB Fit.

What are your thoughts on the 5 day Strong and Lean challenge? Do you think it can be good enough as a main routine that I would repeat for 3-4 weeks in a row? ---and how do you compare it with longer paid routines like FB Fit round 2? are the paid routines miles ahead, or does it not make much of a difference?
