Just purchased FB Low-Impact with start date of Fri Jan 5 2018

After over-researching (my usual thing) i finally bit the bullet and purchased the FB Low impact 4 week program. Low impact because i do sometimes have knee pain (well most days its there in mild form) but this does get better over time. So anyways I'm excited to start this journey. I love hiking so these workouts should do a good job of getting me stronger with less impact as I save the high impact for my day to half day hikes :-).

Maybe later I will buy the meal plan however right now my budget does not allow much customized meal planning. Back to the workout program, I've also committed to at least 1 month of daily 30 min exercise (or more) so this program coincides nicely with this goal.

I'll post updates as i go along.
