I've just finished my first week of doing the 10 minute workout each day. Ok, that probably sounds rubbish to most people, but it's a start, and I've just added another week's schedule for the same thing again on the calendar - which is such a useful tool.
I'm not fit at all. I'm 55, and am 5' 1" tall, and weigh just over 14 stones. I'm on medication for high blood pressure. I've a dodgy knee which makes some movements tricky for me. But I'm willing to have a go at improving all this.
