Missed a day - what should I do?

I was travelling yesterday and missed a workout. Normally, I would just push the week back - do yesterday today and today on Saturday. However, today I have a 1000 calorie workout scheduled. If I do that on Saturday, will there be enough recovery for Monday? Monday I have a Hiit workout scheduled. Do I do today's workout on schedule and just skip yesterday's all together? Blenders what do you advise? Thanks.
