Heyyy,

So I want to buy a programme but which is best to start off with. I desperately need to lose weight (working on that through Slimming World but may change to calorie counting) but even more so I need to tone. My legs are shockingly flabby and I’m desperate to try and wear my first bikini, shorts, skirts for my first holiday abroad with my husband and children in August. I have a weak knee and back but I can modify things. Just really need guidance on which programme will get me the best results without putting too much pressure on my weak parts xx
