Hey! I'm new here :)

Hey guys!

Just want to do a quick introduction

27 year old female looking to tone and have fun with it.

I find fitness really helps my anxiety & depression so for me any physical changes are just a bonus - as I love the feeling of accomplishment and confidence these workouts bring.

Also a type-one diabetic - so a little exercise is great for that, too!

The key areas I'm hoping to work on are my butt, things and core. But overall flexibility and strength is a must as well. I used to be really into my fitness - but with life and illness it took a bit of a backseat. So here's hoping I can get back into it. For me exercise can be quite spiritual. So I can't wait to connect my mind, body and soul and be the best version of myself. I hope to make posts on my progress, and possibly include some pics as well.
