week 1 of FB Sweat and FB Strong complete!

Following the recommendations from other blenders, I decided to tackle FB Sweat and FB Strong together: week 1 of Sweat, followed by week 1 of Strong and so on. So I’ve now completed week 1 of each.

I really liked doing this. I was feeling intimidated by Sweat because it’s a lot more HIIT, which is not in my wheelhouse. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could manage all of the extra credit workouts in week 1 except for the PFT on Day 1.

Then it was my second time around with week 1 of FB Strong. I was happy to be able to lift some heavier weights for many of the exercises compared with my first time through.

Tomorrow is the optional recovery workout, then a day off on Tuesday, and then I start up week 2 of Sweat. I really like this approach and am grateful to the blenders who suggested it!
