Advice

I have a question about how best to use the videos. I love weights, yoga, pillates, boxing and running but I’m not sure how to encoperate all of these activities in a realistic work out program with a busy full time job. Is it best to concentrate on one thing a month, have a weekly rotation or just do random things on random days?

Your advice would be very much appreciated.
