FB Low Impact & FB Reach Day 1...

I'm new to FB as of last night. Sooo.... I just completed my PFT and day 1 of both FB Low Impact & FB Reach, and I tell you what. I always knew I was out of shape and not very flexible, but this just shown me how out of shape and stiff I really am. Thank you for the exercise videos. I really enjoyed the workout and hopefully I'll eventually get to the point to where I can participate in the backbend instead of just having to watch. I look forward to tomorrows butt kicking.
