A little history about me. In 2017 I had VSG - Verticle Sleeve Gastectomy (weight loss surgery). I'm down 93 lbs and have about 10 more lbs I'd like to get rid of. Although my size has shrunk, I do have some lose skin mostly in my abdomen. I work out 4x week doing Martial Arts and do some strengthening daily at home. I dont feel as though I'm getting enough to target my abs.

Mybmacris are much lower than the typical person. 70g protein, 60g carbs, 30g fats and minimum 64oz water but can average about 78-80oz daily.

Any advice / suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
