I'm about to finish my FB Abs 2 workout and haven't decided yet which program I will try next. I already did the Booty Workout and a trial of the FB 30.
I'm curious to hear what your favourite program is and which you'd recommend.
I really like HIIT (although it's so tough haha) and I'd also like to focus on lower body strengh and toning.
What do you think I should go for?
