Need help on starting a progrem


Not sure which to start. I think am pretty good on a lot of workout but not very active. Want to start a challenging program that will give me good results but nothing that I feel like am really dying LOL. I want to sweat and breath heavy but not throw up LOLOLOL... Can someone help on choosing a program.. I'm looking into FB 30 or the Flex 4 to 8 week programs
