Got sick on the middle of the program.....

I am new here and I started FB low. After years of no exercise and always finding excuses not to, I was very happy that I was doing it regularly and actually looking forward to it. Well last week my youngest son got sick, than my oldest and now me. Yesterday I was running a fever. I am so disappointed at myself. I hat to reschedule 3 times, but I just don't feel well.

My question is, when should I go back? Should I start over or where I left???
