Getting back into weight lifting again!

I am new to Fitness Blender. I am not new to weight lifting, used to body build years ago, and learned to follow really good form. However, I gave them up when I got into mountain bike racing. I still mountain bike but don't race anymore. I got back into lifting again about two years ago, but then last year I damaged my elbows (medial epicondylitis - golfers elbow). My ortho told me to completely give up lifting for a year to let them heal. They are still not 100%, but purchased compression sleeves to support the tendons around the elbow. I want to lose weight, build muscle and strength. Being that I am easing back in, what is the best program to start with? Thanks!
