Strength Sets

Now that I have been working out with FB for over a year now, curious why many of the strength videos are 2 sets, not 3 when working the dumbbells? Unless I add a burnout, I always have to pause the video to get in the third. Personally, my body is more challenged from the 3 vs 2 sets. Throwing it out there. Getting ready to wrap FB Fit 8 week, after FB Mass 4 week. Also... thank you for including HIIT &/or cardio with strength being the major portion of the workout. Agree with Kelli that super set strength training is my favorite way to train too.
