Happy New Year!
After ten days off I will start the year fresh with FB low impact. I´ve done part of this program before and quite liked it but I didn´t do the PFT. Do you guys think it´s worth doing it or can I just start with day two like I did before?
I always kinda dread workouts when I have to do them "on my own" meaning without Kelli and Daniel ^^
And here are my goals for the next four weeks:
keeping myself accountable here and on instagram
working out at least 3 times a week and get 10K Steps in 5 times
eat as clean as possible (really not easy living in a hotel!)
being positiv and focusing on what I can do instead of what I can´t
I hope we can all crush our goals this year and cheer each other on!
