I took some advice from others here and preview the workouts the day before. Well, now I'm scared AF to do the one coming up tomorrow! It's pretty intense and I don't see any low impact modifications. Daniel was being pretty mean on this one (JK!), but seriously I'm worried I won't be able to keep up. For example, my form with lunges is getting better, but jump lunges I can't do with clean form at all, and especially not quickly. I know I will get stronger as I do more workouts and stay consistent, but I don't want to skip any workouts at this point. What should I do about this workout? Do I just take my time and create modifications? Thank you in advance for your advice!
