Hi all. I’ve just found you guys and signed up straight away!
I’ve just been to a see specialist who has confirmed that I have aggravated my frontal tendon on my left knee which is why I have been in pain. I do Jillian Michaels workouts and have found they haven’t been the best for my knees.
I need to lose weight and tone up and I’m wondering which is/are the best workouts on here to achieve that whilst eliminating any pressure on my knee. I do walk approx 13000 steps a day so get some cardio in that way.
