Accomplished something...

For almost four years I have worked out 4-5 times a week consistently.

I am in the first week of my second trimester. The first trimester hit me so hard. I was sick a lot but mostly I was SO TIRED. I used to wake up in the mornings and work out but now I can’t seem to find that motivation.

This is the first workout video I have completed in two-three months. The 10 minute “low impact cardio for beginners”

I’m hoping I can start again.
