Is it just me?

Hi guys! I'm new here and was just wondering if anyone else felt this way..

So for the last few weeks I've been doing the free 5 day challenge for busy people (to see if it was something I could handle!). I decided to purchase the FB30 program (8 week) because I really enjoyed the workouts and while they were challenging to me I could do most of the moves. Well, yesterday was day 2 of FB30, my workout was Belly Fat Burner HIIT, and honestly I could not keep up or even catch my breath. I don't have the balance to do these jumping lunges, the strength to hold a static squat for more than 10 seconds, or the endurance to do these sets of jumping jacks back to back. I guess I'm just trying to see if anyone else struggled like this. I'm feeling really discouraged, I was so overwhelmed that although my heart rate was way up there, I'm not sore today (and I feel like I let myself down). Am I the only one?
