What kind of exercises should i do when i am sick

So in the morning i woke up with a stuffed mucus nose and there was a slight change in my voice and now my head hurts just a little bit not a lot. I am suppose to do cardio hitt workout today but i just feel a little weak and i still want to move bc i do 5 days of workout in a week, its my 3 day today but i just don't know what kind of workout i should do. Plz advice anyone?
