new to the group



I'm glad to be here! I've just heard about fitness blender. I'm looking to create a 'playlist' of exercises. I'm 52 female & need to lose 20ish pounds but really need to tone up and get stronger. focus needs to be on lower body and strengthen lower back. I'd like to create a list of exercises from warm up to cool down. that way I don't have to search aimlessly for videos. thanks!
