Does swapping rest days affect progress?

Unexpectedly I couldn't finish my workout today (Tuesday) and I am thinking of swapping this 'rest day' with my one of my scheduled rest days that are usually on Friday and Saturday. Does doing this affect muscle building/physical progress? Normally I take two rest days in a row (as set by the calendar) and I wonder if this change for this week will affect anything? I feel really bummed out because I have been diligently following FB Mass day by day until today 😔
