Today we started getting hit with a big snowstorm, which means I've been trapped inside all day. After watching way too much Brooklyn 99, I felt sluggish and my head hurt a bit. I didn't really wanna workout.
However, I knew that if I got my body moving. I would probably feel better. So, I started with this workout, wanting some low impact feel-good cardio:
And, after that, I found that I was feeling much better and then decided to add on a quick full body strength session:
Ending it off with a stretching session! Hope you guys aren't getting as much snow as I am :)
