Hello Blenders, and Happy Weekend to you all!

How are you all doing this fine weekend?

I'm freezing my you-know-what off! It's so cold that Furry Trainer #1's lady-beard grew icicles! I mean look at that frosty little chin! haha

So that means Furry Trainers and I are huddling inside this weekend! (And don't worry, the chickens just got new warm bedding and a nice heater to keep them warm too. haha)

What about you Fellow Blenders? What's going on this weekend? Are you staying in, or venturing out for some fun?

And are you working out this weekend, or are you resting?

I think I'm gonna try to do some workouts. I took yesterday off because I was just too tired. And since the cold will prevent us from being outside too long, the physical activity will feel great. So, today I would like to do this kickboxing workout:

Alongside some yoga, I think that'll be a good weekend of workouts.

I'm thinking anything warm! Chicken and dumplings? OMG yes! That sounds so good, that I think I'll start it in the crock pot right now! haha
