Suggest a suitable workout program for me.

I am 32 year female.5ft6inch height. 61kg weight.i want to burn fat, specially in abs, thigh and obliques. I want to gain strength and have toned muscles. I can spare about 30mins daily. I need a workout program for 4 weeks now. Please suggest the most suitable one.

P.s. I only have yoga mat at home and nothing else.
