FB 30 / FB Strong ?

Hey guys, so I've been thinking about buying one of Kelli and Daniel's programs. I want something neutral (or more of a strenght training), to keep me fit, and I can't decide between FB 30 (Round 2) or Strong. Which one do you like more/would you recommend? Also I wanted to ask if there are Low Impact options in these programs?
