Just finished FB Sweat for the first time today. Overall, I really liked the program. I lost 10 pounds from start to finish. I have always preferred HIIT and cardio workouts, but as New Year's resolution I decided to focus more on strength training. I'll be starting FB Strong next week. I'm just a bit worried that since I won't be doing as much cardio, my weight loss will slow down. Losing weight is my goal right now, and I just don't want to lose any momentum.
