Progress

I finally finished my first program today! I did FB Reach over a period of about two months, due to a break with just minimal stretching over the holidays. PFT results are in!

At the beginning, my numbers were

1 mile power walk, 15:37

squats, 25

half-pushups, 19

full plank, 54 seconds

seated toe touch, -7 inches.

As of today, my numbers were

1 mile power walk/jog, 14:40

squats, 17

half-pushups, 22

full plank, 70 seconds

seated toe touch, -3.5 inches.

So my squats suffered a little :'D but I am very pleased with the improvement on the rest of my numbers. They show that I am building core strength and flexibility, which were my goals for this program.

Now to rest over the weekend, then on to my next program on Monday, FB Low Impact! ;)
