I'm about to buy my first program (either FB30 or FBFit) and had some questions..
-Are the videos in the programs the same as the free YouTube ones or are they new ?
-Life is busy and unpredictable. With that being said, I can pause the program for a day if life gets in the way, right ?
-I'm torn between the 30 and 60 minute length. I guess I'm worried I wouldn't get in a good workout in just 30 minutes. Thoughts ?
My goals are mainly weight/fat loss and to increase my strength. I'm open to program suggestions too if there's certain ones you liked.
