I am happy to report I just completed my first FB workout program (FB Sweat)! It took me a few days longer than 4 weeks, because a groin strain (recurring injury from when I used to run a lot) required me to take a few days off during week 2, pushing the rest of the workouts back a few days. But I feel really proud that aside from that I completed the program, including all of the extra credit challenges.
I'm taking a few days to rest and then starting FB Fit on Sunday. Happy blending, blenders!
