Not sure how to start

Hello my friends. I have just joined the fitness blender community and have absolutely NO idea what to do. I've never really worked out in my life, and here lately I've noticed that its starting to catch up to me and I'm only 20. I'm trying to lose weight and gain some muscle and tone in order to kick off my start to medieval sword fighting. As i said I've never worked out before so i have no experience, no equipment, no gym that i can go to and on top of that all I'm super self conscious, i seriously need some starting advice to get up and going. if anyone can offer me some help i would be immensely grateful. farewell and thank you for your time
