I've been exercising on and off for the last couple years without any real structure. I found myself getting bored of doing the same thing week after week. One day I stumbled on Fitness Blender and was relieved at the variety and and no-nonsense approach.
Been using FB videos exclusively for the last couple weeks. I also threw some healthy eating into the mix too.
Glad to be a member of the FB community. It stuck out almost immediately how non-toxic the FB folks are....the only pleasant YouTube comment section on the internet...lol
