Program idea

I haven't posted in several months due to health issues which have brought me to severe adrenal fatigue. I finally started to workout this week and am doing FB Reach (thanks, Tabitha, for the idea!) only 2 days a week, plus 30 minutes max walking at leisurely pace every day. I'm also doing T-Tapp {if you've never heard of this check it out at: https://www.t-tapp.com/}.

It never occured to me before, but would'nt a Rehabilitation Program be useful? Similar to the Reach program, but one that would concentrate on recovery for those who have dropped back to a less than beginner level. From all the posts I've been reading in the last several weeks, I think it would be a welcome program for many!
