Program Ideas

If Fb30-4 is ready to be released, I'm sure before long you'll be looking for ideas for a new one... So here are mine! :P

- A pilates and/or stretching program, could be one or two programs depending on how you want it to work. Ideally 20-30 minutes as a burnout or extra long cooldown! Reach 2, if you will.

- A cardio focused program, think fbmass but for cardio. Maybe extra credit strength portions. I feel like there are a lot of strength focused programs but no cardio ones!
