New Year - New mentality


Hi everyone! I've been working out with FB on and off for quite some time but I struggle being consistent. When I excercise I notice improvement in flexibility, endurance, muscle tone but not much weight loss and eventually get sedentary again.

Anyways, this year I have a new mindset and I'm hoping to appreciate more the positive gains that working out bring and try to make excercise part of my routine for good.

Just got the FB Reach program and was sweating buckets (quite humbling actually) I would love to know if anyone else is doing it right now as well.

I wish everyone -including myself ;)- the strenght to work towards your goals this year and if you'd like to share them I would love to know what they are.
