How would you build your own FB Sweat?

I'm not sure if this question will make sense, but here goes!

I love FB Sweat, and I know part of it is the choice between a quick 30 min workout or something longer. But there's also something about the workouts themselves that I love. I'm not quite sure what's unique about these workouts that they've placed into the program though--if you were to search for similar workouts, what kind of parameters would you set?

I know I could just repeat the program (which I'm currently doing), but I'd love to be able to switch things up with some of the newer videos!
