Cravings when trying to break bad eating habits


Hey guys!

I'm just starting my fitness journey. I've decided to start working out regularly and eating healthy, and I'm really excited to see the changes in my life. But I can also tell that cravings will be a huge problem for me, especially sugar cravings, cause I'm used to consuming a very unhealthy amount of it. Any tips on how to deal with it, and how to stick to my plans?
