This Fitness Blender program uses workout videos that are roughly 30 minutes to get you fit fast! If you have a busy schedule but want to make fitness a priority, this is the program for you.
When can I start?
Any time - right now is great! You can buy the program here & start and complete the program at any pace you like.
What equipment do I need for this?
You will need dumbbells, though you can always improvise and use household items for extra resistance. There are a few workouts that use a step, stair or something stable to step up onto.
How does this work?
After you purchase the program, go to "My Purchased Programs” & choose the program you would like to start. Next you’ll be prompted to select a start date. Once your program is added, all of the days of the calendar will be filled with your workouts for the next 8 weeks. You can always reach out to us: email@example.com for more help.
What kinds of training are in this program?
HIIT, strength training, circuit training, supersets, cardio, plyometrics, Pilates, and yoga
How long are the workouts?
Workout lengths range between 23-37 minutes, averaging out to 30 minutes a day.
How many days a week is FB30?
FB30 is five days a week with an optional recovery workout on the 6th day.
Are 30 minute workouts really enough?
Absolutely; especially when they're using the training styles that you find in this program; high intensity interval training (HIIT) and strength are both incredibly effective for bringing about results quickly, without having to spend all day working out. For example; our personal workouts are typically around the same length of the workouts found in this program.
Can I watch the workouts on YouTube like I usually do?
Yes; you will be able to access the workouts on whatever device you normally do.
Can I do this program at any pace? Does it expire?
Yes; you can do the program at any pace that you like. No, the program does not have an expiration.
Can I use this program more than once?
Programs can be re added to the calendar at any time & can be used as many times as you like.
I'm trying to gain muscle; can I use this program if I'm not trying to lose weight?
Definitely. There’s a lot of strength training included in this workout program. If you’re trying to gain weight or add muscle, the biggest factor is going to be increasing your caloric intake.
Are these new workouts?
This program uses mostly new FB workout videos; old videos make appearance here & there, when they make the most sense for a maximally safe and effective workout program.
Is this program okay for beginners? What about advanced exercisers?
These workouts are challenging but the vast majority of fitness levels have been able to partake in these programs as you are encouraged to go at your own pace - we also provide low impact modifications in the first 2 weeks if the regular workouts are initially too difficult. We also have a 4 Week Low Impact Program.
Can the workouts be easily modified to be low impact?
This is not a low impact (or beginner) program, but we always encourage you to move at your own pace and make any modifications necessary to make the workouts work for you specifically, including “cutting out the jumps” to make it low impact.
