Fitnessblender.com offers over 450 free workout videos that are searchable by length, training type, difficulty level (1-5), muscle groups targeted, calorie burn, and more. We believe in gimmick free health and fitness, and we have a goal of making fitness accessible to everyone. Fitness Blender is owned and operated by just two people; husband and wife team Daniel and Kelli.
Where do I start?
If you're brand new to our site, it can be intimidating to know how to build your own workout program that is maximally safe and effective. We have a couple of different options for you to choose from to help you get started.
Try our free 5 Day Challenges
Day 1: Fitness Blender's 5 Day Workout Challenge to Burn Fat & Build Lean Muscle - 5 Days of carefully planned workouts that leave no muscle group untouched. These routines are challenging but we show modifications for low impact/intermediate exercisers all the way through. Day 1: Fitness Blender's Free 5 Day Workout Challenge for Busy People - This challenge is similar to the one listed above but in this version, none of the workouts last longer than 30 minutes, but still have everything you need for an incredible workout at home. You can also search these by goal, training type, muscle focus, difficulty, time commitment required, etc. These have been tried and tested by tens of thousands of people allover the world with great results.
