Aly is a lover of life, movement, and all things colorful. She enjoys integrating breath-work into her sequences while exploring how the body moves through different shapes, and the world both on and off the mat. Her approach to fitness includes a holistic view of how different areas of our lives connect and cultivating habits that support a healthier, balanced lifestyle. She is a Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach with 10 years of teaching, group fitness training, and Yoga experience. Aly has trained with toddlers, athletes, amputees and an array of clients with different levels of mobility. She is extremely passionate about sharing yoga with anyone that is open to growth, alignment and self exploration.
