Challenge & change your body fast with HIIT, strength training, circuit training, supersets, cardio, plyometrics, Pilates, and yoga. All you need is dumbbells.
Many people who complete these programs see weight loss, reduced body fat, increased lean muscle, drastic improvements in body tone, endurance, strength, & flexibility gains. We include a workout & clean eating guide to give you the essentials on how to properly nourish yourself during the program (please note, this is a general guide and not a meal plan). 30 Minutes is 1/48th of your day; you can do this! Actual workout lengths range between 23-37 minutes, averaging out to 30 minutes a day, five days a week with an optional recovery workout on the 6th day.
These workouts are challenging but the vast majority of fitness levels have been able to partake in these programs as you are encouraged to go at your own pace - we also provide low impact modifications in the first 2 weeks if the regular workouts are initially too difficult.
