Overview

A direct request from our FB Community, this is a fun flashback to some of the first Fitness Blender workouts ever filmed. You'll be treated to our especially clunky early graphics, and nervousness in front of the camera. What you can still count on, is a great, well balanced workout.

These workouts use a wide variety of training styles, and they are intense. We always encourage you to modify wherever you need to in order to make this work for your own fitness needs. All you need is dumbbells.

On most days, you'll get an option between two different workout videos - giving you a choice of workout length, training style, or intensity. Each option has been selected with consideration of continuity in terms of muscle balance, so feel free to pick and choose your way through this Challenge in whatever way suits you best. You can do this Challenge multiple times through and have a different experience each time.
