FB Plus Challenge: FB Fit

Overview

If you like your workouts to be dynamic, intense, and on the longer side, you might really enjoy FB Fit. FB Fit workouts are 51 minutes on average, 5 days a week with an optional 6th day that focuses on recovery. Training styles include weight lifting, HIIT, functional strength, cardio & flexibility work.

Similar to our programs, these are carefully built plans that challenge you with a different workout video every day. We'll provide everything you need for a smart workout; warm up, training, and cool down.
