FB Burn features workout videos that are 37 minutes on average, 5 days a week with an optional 6th day that focuses on recovery.
Training styles include weight lifting, HIIT, functional strength, cardio & flexibility work. This round of FB Burn has a focus of strength training, but we'll still be tackling some HIIT and cardio workouts.
FB Burn provides you with an optional Extra Credit Challenge 3 times a week, that allows you to bump up the length and intensity of your training session, if you have the extra time and energy.
We'll provide everything you need for a smart workout; warm up, training, and cool down. Add this challenge to your online workout calendar & jump in!
