Overview

Overview
If you're looking to build strength with focused, efficient workouts that challenge your muscles, welcome to Strong & Sculpted 2: Strength Phase!

This 5 day workout strength series is designed to help you get stronger through intentional movement, heavier lifting, and controlled tempo, all in 30 minutes or less. Across the series, you'll work through balanced upper and lower body strength sessions, a dedicated core stability workout, and targeted posterior chain training, with an emphasis on progressive overload, unilateral strength, and quality movement.

These workouts encourage you to slow down, lift with purpose, and build strength that carries over into everyday life rather than rushing through endless reps or chasing a calorie burn.

Who This Is For:
This program is designed for individuals who are ready to prioritize strength and move beyond traditional circuit-style training. If you're looking to lift heavier, improve your technique, and build lean muscle with efficient workouts that fit into a busy schedule, you're in the right place.

This challenge is best suited for intermediate to advanced exercisers who are comfortable with basic strength movements such as squats, lunges, presses, rows, and hip hinges. I'll guide you through each workout to choose appropriate weights, allowing you to challenge yourself while maintaining proper form and control.

Whether you're continuing your strength journey or simply looking for a more focused approach to resistance training, this series was designed to help you train with confidence and intention.

What to Expect:
You'll complete five strength-focused workouts, each about 30 minutes, with every session built around one primary strength lift. Think of this as the cornerstone of the workout, the movement you'll perform first while you're fresh, using your heaviest weight and greatest focus. From there, we'll build on that lift with complementary compound exercises, unilateral strength work, and accessory movements that reinforce stability, improve muscular balance, and maximize time under tension.

Each workout begins with a warm-up before progressing through structured strength blocks, and I'll coach you through proper lifting mechanics, tempo, weight selection, and technique so you can get the most out of every repetition. Unlike traditional high-intensity programs, these workouts emphasize quality over quantity, with minimal cardio and built-in recovery that allows you to focus on building strength, not simply moving faster.

Program Overview
Day 1:
Upper Body Push Strength (Level 4, ~30 minutes)
Build pressing strength through heavy chest, shoulder, and triceps training while improving stability and control with unilateral pressing variations.

Day 2: Lower Body Strength (Quad Focus) (Level 4, ~31 minutes)
Develop lower-body strength with heavy squats, split squats, and quad-focused accessory work designed to improve power, balance, and muscular endurance.

Day 3: Core Stability & Loaded Strength (Level 3, ~33 minutes)
Strengthen your core through anti-rotation exercises, loaded carries, and stability-focused movements that support stronger, more efficient lifting.

Day 4: Upper Body Pull Strength (Level 4, ~33 minutes)
Build a stronger back, shoulders, and biceps with heavy rows, pullovers, and accessory exercises that improve posture and pulling strength.

Day 5: Posterior Chain Strength (Level 4, ~34 minutes)
Target your glutes and hamstrings with hip hinges, unilateral exercises, and posterior chain-focused training designed to build strength, stability, and power.

Equipment Needed
You'll need a variety of dumbbells ranging from light to heavy so you can choose the appropriate resistance for each movement and training block. A mat is recommended for floor exercises and core work. Before each workout, I'll provide guidance on weight selection and modifications so you can adjust the challenge based on your experience and available equipment. A band is recommended for Day 5, but not necessary.

Closing Note
Strength isn't built by rushing through workouts! It's built through consistency, quality movement, and challenging yourself with intention.

I hope this series helps you discover how effective focused strength training can be whether you're looking to build confidence with heavier dumbbells, refine your lifting technique, or simply make the most of every minute you have to train.

Remember, every workout is an opportunity to become stronger than you were yesterday. Choose weights that challenge you, stay committed to quality movement, and trust the process. I'm excited to train alongside you every step of the way!
