Welcome to 4 Week FB Complete! This workout program is customizable; each day you get to choose between Beginner/Intermediate workouts and Advanced workouts. This gives you flexibility in the intensity of your workouts, the length of your workouts, and exactly what kind of training type you would like to focus on each day. You can move seamlessly back and forth between the different options, choosing the training that works best for your body and scheduling needs—in real time! FB Complete is really several program rolled into one, and you can do it multiple times through with a different experience each time.

This program is included free with a FB Plus Subscription 

There is an emphasis on strength training, high intensity interval training (HIIT), Pilates, cardio intervals, and stretching. However, because you get to choose your own workout each day, you can actually tailor whether this program is more focused on strength, HIIT, cardio, or Pilates. As the weeks of the program progress, you will have increasingly advanced workouts to choose from (though Beginner/Intermediate workouts are also provided all the way through). Listen to your body and choose what works for you!
